आताच प्राप्त माहिती नुसार राज्यातील नाशिक, नागपूर, औरंगाबाद, कोकण, पुणे तसेच अमरावती विभागातील या तलाठ्यांच्या ४ हजार ६४४ पदभरतीसाठी राज्य शासनाने तयारी सुरू केली आहे. १५ जून २०२३ पासून प्रक्रिया सुरू होणार असतानाच शासनाने अनुकंपाधारकांची २० टक्के पदे भरण्याचे आदेश दिल्याने आता ही प्रक्रिया थोडी लांबणार आहे. या नवीन शासन निर्णयामुळे जागांच्या गणितामध्ये फरक पडणार आहे. आता नवीन पदांचा तपशील आणि अनुकंपा भरतीसाठी आवश्यक असलेल्या निर्णयाची पुनरर्चना झाल्यावर तलाठी भरतीचा नवीन मुहूर्त निघणार आहे. या नवीन बदल मुले उमेदवार मात्र थोडे नाराज झाले आहे, कारण आता पर्यंत विविध कारणामुळे तलाठी भरती पुढे ढकलणे सुरूच आहे, त्यात या वेळेस भरतीचे अपेक्षित तारीख आल्यावर सुद्धा हि भरती अचानक पुढे ढकलण्यात आली आहे.

माहिती अधिकाराला उत्तर देताना महसूल विभागाने तलाठी संवर्गाची भरती टीसीएस मार्फत करण्यासाठी प्रक्रिया चालू असल्याचे स्पष्ट केले आहे. याद्वारे चार हजार ६८१ जागा भरण्यात येणार आहे. मात्र, ही भरती प्रक्रिया केंव्हा पार पडेल याबद्दल स्पष्टता नाही. परंतु, सहा महिन्यांपासून चर्चेत असलेल्या राज्यातील तलाठी भरतीचा मार्ग आता मोकळा झाला आहे. अनुसूचित क्षेत्रातील (पेस) जागांवरून असलेल्या वादावर अखेर शासनाने निर्णय घेत लेखी आदेशही जाहीर केला. यात अनुसूचित क्षेत्रात (पेसा) अनुसूचित जमातींसह इतर प्रवर्गालाही लोकसंख्येच्या प्रमाणात संधी मिळाली असून पुढील महिनाभरात राज्यातील रिक्त असलेली ४ हजार १२२ तलाठी पदे भरली जातील.

In this, in the Scheduled Sector (PESA) other categories including Scheduled Tribes have also got an opportunity in proportion to the population and 4 thousand 122 Talathi posts that are vacant in the state will be filled within the next month.

पेसा क्षेत्रात सर्वच तलाठी पदे ही अनुसूचित जमाती या प्रवर्गातून भरावयाची असा राज्यापालांचा यापूर्वीचा आदेश होता. त्यानुसार राज्यातील तब्बल ११ जिल्हे हे पेसा क्षेत्रात येत असल्याने या सर्व जिल्ह्यात सरसकटपणे अनुसूचित जमाती (एस.टी.) या प्रवर्गातूनच शासकीय विभागातील तलाठी, ग्रामसेवक, कृषी सेवक, शिक्षक अशी विविध पदांची भरती करण्यात येणार होती. परंतु, अनेक जिल्ह्यांत आदिवासींसह इतरही प्रवर्गांची लोकसंख्या असल्याने हा त्या लोकसंख्येवर अन्याय होता. त्याविरोधात तीव्र आक्षेप नोंदविण्यात आले. त्याचीच दखल घेत या निर्णयात बदल करण्याची मागणी झाल्यानंतर २०१९ साली राज्यपालांनी त्याबाबत अध्यादेशही दिले होते. यात लोकसंख्येच्या प्रमाणानुसार पदभरती करण्याबाबत अनुमती देण्यात आली. परंतु, त्याबाबत शासन आदेशाची प्रतीक्षा होती. त्यामुळे तलाठी भरतीची डिसेंबरपूर्वीच घोषणा होऊन अन् एप्रिलपर्यंत भरती पूर्ण करण्याची घोषणाही तांत्रिक कारणामुळे हवेतच विरली.
अखेर २०२३ मध्ये प्रक्रिया सुरू झाली. पेसाबाबत मार्गदर्शन मागविण्यात आले. त्यात बिंदू नामावलीसह इतरही काही दुरुस्त्या आहेत का? बिंदू नामावली प्रमाणे रिक्त पदे किती? रिक्त पदांमध्ये आदिवासी आणि बिगर आदिवासी यांचे प्रमाण किती याची संपूर्ण माहिती विभागीय आयुक्तांकडून मागविण्यात आली होती.


त्यांच्याकडून अहवाल येणे प्रलंबित असल्यानेच भरतीबाबत घोषणा करूनही ती तत्काळ करणे शासनाला शक्य झाले नव्हते. ही रखडून पडलेली भरती आता नुकताच शासन निर्णय जाहीर झाल्याने लवकरच जात प्रवर्गानुसार तलाठी पदांची फेर संख्या निश्चित करून भरती पूर्ण करण्याचे सूतोवाच शासनाकडून करण्यात आले आहे. त्यामुळे तलाठीसह १७ संवर्गांच्या भरतीचा प्रश्न निकाली निघाला आहे.

आदिवासी लोकसंख्येनुसार अशी होणार पदभरती

■ ५० टक्क्यापेक्षा अधिक : एस.टी. प्रवर्गातूनच १०० टक्के तलाठी पदे भरणार
■ २५ ते ५० टक्क्या दरम्यान आदिवासी लोकसंख्येसाठी : ५० टक्के पदांची संधी
■ २५ टक्क्यांपेक्षा कमी लोकसंख्या असल्यास : २५ टक्के पदे भरणार जागा वाढणार प्रमाणानुसार ही पदे भरली जातील. एस. टी. प्रवर्गाची लोकसंख्या कमी असलेल्या जिल्ह्यांत सर्वसाधारणसह एस.सी, ओबीसी व इतर घटकांच्या जागा वाढतील.

Good News :- Big News Talathi Recruitment 4,122 Posts Advertisement New Advertisement Coming This Month !!

The earlier order of the Governor was that all Talathi posts in the PESA sector should be filled from Scheduled Tribes. Accordingly, since as many as 11 districts of the state fall under the employment sector, in all these districts the recruitment of various posts like talathi, gram sevak, agricultural sevak, teacher in the government department would be done from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category. However, since many districts have a population of other categories including tribals, this was an injustice to that population. Strong objections were registered against it. In 2019, the Governor also issued an ordinance in this regard after the demand to change this decision was taken into consideration. It allowed recruitment on the basis of population. However, the government order was awaited in this regard. Therefore, the Talathi recruitment was announced before December and the announcement to complete the recruitment by April also disappeared due to technical reasons.

The process finally started in 2023. Guidance was sought regarding pay. Are there any other corrections in it including point nomenclature? How many vacancies as per point list? The complete information about the proportion of tribals and non-tribals in the vacant posts was sought from the Divisional Commissioner.

Even after announcing the recruitment, the government was not able to do it immediately as the report from them was pending. As this stalled recruitment has been announced recently, the government has decided to complete the recruitment by fixing the number of Talathi posts according to the caste category. Therefore, the issue of recruitment of 17 cadres including Talathi has been resolved.

Such recruitment will be done according to tribal population

■ More than 50 percent : ST. 100 percent Talathi posts will be filled from the category itself

■ For tribal population between 25 and 50 percent: 50 percent vacancy

■ If the population is less than 25 percent: 25 percent of the posts will be filled as the seats increase. S. T. SC, OBC and other category seats will be increased in districts with low population.

महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकारकडून नुकतीच तलाठी पदासाठीच्या तब्बल 4122 जागांच्या आपदांसाठी मेगाभरती जाहीर करण्यात आली आहे. विविध शहरांमधील शेकडो जागांसाठी ही भरती घेण्यात येणार आहे. जिल्ह्यांप्रमाणे आणि झोनप्रमाणे भरती होणार असलेल्या जागांची माहिती नोटिफिकेशनमध्ये देण्यात आली आहे. मात्र अजूनही ही भरती प्रक्रिया सुरु झालेली नाही. मात्र आता मंत्री राधाकृष्ण विखे पाटील यांच्याकडून महाराष्ट्र तलाठी भरती प्रक्रिये संदर्भात महत्त्वाची घोषणा करण्यात आली आहे. राज्यात 15 मार्चपासून तलाठी भरती प्रक्रिया सुरु होणार असं महसूल मंत्री राधाकृष्ण विखे पाटील यांच्याकडून सांगण्यात आलं आहे. अहमदनगरमधील लोणी येथे महसूल परिषदेत बोलत होते. राज्यातील तलाठी भरतीसंदर्भात (Talathi Bharti 2023) महसूलमंत्री राधाकृष्ण विखे पाटील (Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil) यांनी महत्त्वाची माहिती दिली आहे. राज्यात 15 मार्चपासून तलाठी भरती प्रक्रिया सुरु होणार असं ते म्हणाले. ते अहमदनगरमधील लोणी येथे महसूल परिषदेत बोलत होते. अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यातील लोणी येथे दोन दिवसीय महसूल परिषद संपन्न झाली आहे. या परिषदेत राज्याचे मुख्यमंत्री, उपमुख्यमंत्री आणि महसूलमंत्री यांनीही उपस्थिती लावली. दोन दिवस चाललेल्या या महसूल परिषदेत अनेक धोरण निश्चित करण्यात आली असून या धोरणांपैकी वाळू लिलावाचे महत्त्वाचे धोरणाचा अंतिम मसुदा तयार झाला आहे. लवकरच ते कॅबिनेटमध्ये मांडणार असल्याची माहिती राज्याचे महसूल मंत्री राधाकृष्ण विखे पाटील (Radhakrishna Vikhe Patill) यांनी दिली आहे. प्रथमच अशी परिषद यशदाच्या बाहेर ग्रामीण भागात घेण्यात आली आणि यापुढे सुद्धा पुण्याच्या बाहेर परिषद घेण्याचा मानस महसूलमंत्र्यांनी व्यक्त केला.

आता लवकरच या पदांसाठी भरती प्रक्रिया सुरू होणार असल्याचे सांगण्यात येते यामुळे तलाठी व मंडळ अधिकाऱ्यांवरील कामाचा ताण काही प्रमाणात कमी होणार असल्याचे बोलले जाते

Talathi is the backbone of the administration in this department. Talathi is the employee working at the village level. Talathi has the important responsibility of implementing the schemes of the government to the village level. Likewise, the mandal officer is an important factor. There was a demand for restructuring of various talathi organizations, for that a committee was constituted under the chairmanship of the then Divisional Commissioner of Nagpur, Anup Kumar, in which there were two representatives of talathi organizations along with all the divisional commissioners. The State Government has accepted the recommendation of the committee which suggested the creation of a total of 3628 posts and has also allowed the provision of necessary funds for the same.

Now it is said that the recruitment process for these posts will be started soon, due to which the work load on Talathi and Mandal officers will be reduced to some extent.

सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाकडून मुंबई व उपनगर वगळता राज्यातील सर्व जिल्ह्यातून जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांमार्फत तलाठी पदाची परीक्षा हजार पेक्षा जास्त पदांसाठी घेण्यात येणार आहे यासंदर्भात महिनाअखेरीस जाहिरात निघेल ही परीक्षा ऑफलाईन घेण्यात येणार असल्याची माहिती सामान्य प्रशासन विभागातील सूत्रांनी दिलेली आहे

 राज्याच्या अर्थकारणाचा कणा असणाऱ्या महसूल विभागात तलाठी हे महत्त्वाचे पद असून महसूल विभागाचा पाया असल्याचे समजले जाते मात्र राज्यात तलाठ्यांच्या जागा मोठ्या प्रमाणात रिक्त असल्याने महसूल यंत्रणेवर पडणारा ताण लक्षात घेऊन 3165 तलाठी पदे भरण्यासाठी मंत्रिमंडळाने मंजुरी दिली होती 

 पहिल्या टप्प्यात एक हजार पेक्षा जास्त तलाठ्याची भरती करण्याबाबत महसूल मंत्री बाळासाहेब थोरात यांनी विधानसभेत सुतोवाच केले होते त्यानुसार सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाकडून मुंबई व उपनगर वगळता राज्यातील सर्व जिल्ह्यातून जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांमार्फत तलाठी पदाची परीक्षा हजार पेक्षा जास्त पदांसाठी घेण्यात येणार आहे या माहितीनुसार तलाठी गट क संवर्गातील रिक्त असलेली सर्व महसूल विभाग राज्यातील एकूण 1012 रिक्त पदे करण्यास शासनाने यापूर्वीच मान्यता दिली आहे सन 2022 ची तलाठी पदभरती ची कार्यपद्धती स्वतंत्रपणे लवकरच कळविण्यात येईल.

Good news - advertisement for more than a thousand talathi posts at the end of the month in all the districts

According to sources in the general administration department, the general administration department will conduct the examination Offline for the post of Talathi for more than a thousand posts in all the districts of the state except Mumbai and its suburbs.

 Talathi is an important post in the revenue department which is the backbone of the state's economy and is considered to be the backbone of the revenue department. As per the information given by Balasaheb Thorat in the assembly, general administration department will conduct talathi examination for more than 1000 posts in all districts of the state except Mumbai and suburbs. The procedure for Talathi recruitment for the year 2022 will be announced separately soon.

 खुशखबर - महाराष्ट्र राज्यात एक हजार तलाठ्यांची भरती लवकरच महसूल मंत्री बाळासाहेब थोरात यांची विधानसभेत घोषणा 

राज्यातला तलाठ्यांच्या जागा मोठ्या प्रमाणात रिक्त असल्याने महसूल यंत्रणेवर पडणारा ताण लक्षात घेऊन 3165 तलाठी पदे भरण्यासाठी मंत्रिमंडळाने मंजुरी दिली असून पहिल्या टप्प्यात एक हजार तलाठ्याची भरती करण्यात येईल अशी माहिती महसूलमंत्री बाळासाहेब थोरात यांनी सोमवारी विधानसभेत दिली.

ऍड अशोक पवार आणि भीमराव तापकीर यांनी पुणे जिल्ह्यातील हवेली तालुक्याचे विस्तारीकरण नागरीकरण आणि विकास लक्षात घेता प्रशासकीय यंत्रणा तोकडी पडत असल्याची लक्षवेधी मांडली होती हवेली तालुक्यात 160 गावांचा समावेश असून अंदाजे चाळीस लाख लोकसंख्येची वस्ती आहे वाढते शहरीकरण आणि वाढत्या प्रशासकीय कामकाजावर लोणीकाळभोर येथे अप्पर तहसीलदार कार्यालय स्थापन करण्याच्या प्रस्तावावर शासन सकारात्मक निर्णय घेईल अशी ग्वाही थोरात यांनी दिली.

वाढती लोकसंख्या आणि शहरीकरणामुळे यापूर्वी पिंपरी चिंचवड येथे अप्पर तहसीलदार कार्यालय स्थापन करण्यास मान्यता देण्यात आली आहे त्यानुसार मूळ हवेली कार्यालय आणि अप्पर तहसील कार्यालय पिंपरी चिंचवड या कार्यालयामार्फत सद्यस्थितीत कामकाज सुरू आहे लोणी काळभोर येथे अप्पर तहसीलदार कार्यालय स्थापन करण्याच्या प्रस्तावावर तातडीने निर्णय घेण्यात येणार आहे 160 गावांमध्ये ४६ तलाटी कार्यरत आहेत 3165 तलाठी पदे भरण्यासाठी शासनाने मंजुरी दिली असून या अंतर्गत संबंधित भागातील तलाठ्याची रिक्त पदे तातडीने भरण्यात येतील असेही थोरात यांनी सांगितले आहे.

Good News - Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat announces recruitment of 1000 Talathias in Maharashtra soon

In view of the strain on the revenue system due to the large number of vacancies in the state, the Cabinet has approved to fill 3165 talathi posts and in the first phase, one thousand talathi vacancies will be filled, informed Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat in the Assembly on Monday.

 Adv Ashok Pawar and Bhimrao Tapkir pointed out that the administrative system is crumbling in view of expansion and urbanization of Haveli taluka in Pune district. Haveli taluka consists of 160 villages with a population of approximately 4 million. Thorat testified that the government would take a positive decision on the proposal

 Due to increasing population and urbanization, approval has already been given for setting up of Upper Tehsildar Office at Pimpri Chinchwad. As per the original Haveli Office and Upper Tehsil Office Pimpri Chinchwad, work is in progress at present. The government has sanctioned 3165 talathi posts to be filled and the vacancies in the respective areas will be filled immediately, said Thorat.
